Book an advising appointment

We encourage both undergraduate and graduate students to make an appointment with one of our academic advisors.

Welcome to the Department of English! Here in our department we aim to provide students with rich intellectual and creative opportunities. Our courses offer students a foundation in the major works of literary history and literary theory, as well as the chance to explore contemporary literature, videogames, young adult and children’s literature, digital humanities, their own creative work, and much more.

What can you do with an
English Degree?
